I have had this brewer for a little under two months. I use it on a daily basis and so far it has worked flawlessly. I have ran into problems with my previous Keurig brewers dying on me so only time will tell if this one does the same. I like the programmable settings and the ease of the carafe cups.

This Keurig was given to me as a gift for Christmas and I've never owned a Keurig before. Within 3 weeks of my use of this Keurig it stopped working correctly. As much as that is a bummer the customer service is beyond wonderful! I sent back the brewer and received a brand new one within a couple of weeks! I've had my new brewer for a couple of weeks with no problems! I love this brewer because it makes both one cup and a karafe of coffee! My only major complaint about Keurigs is that the coffee isn't as hot as I would normally prefer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I like the K 550 but was disappointed in its size selection. I did like the Platinum for this feature. We do enjoy this unit and we certainly use it quite a bit. The cleaning ,as in the past, takes some time but is imperative to good tasting coffee. All in all we are very satisfied with the 2.0 K 550.

Love my Keurig 2.0 with a few exceptions. Wish the coffee was a little hotter and I wish that you could keep it at 10 oz all the time. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Needs no learning curve. Love the speed it brews. Set it and forget it,wake up to coffee. Nice if it had non brand allowance for people who have a lot of pods left over from previous keurig Machines.
