Before Keurig, I only drank coffee occasionally. Now I drink coffee, tea or hot chocolate everyday. Keurig is so easy to use, the K-cups are very convenient, plus a great selection. Added advantages is Club Keurig with specials and deals. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We purchased this model for the doctor's office I work at and it was a huge success! Everyone likes the ease of use and the great variety of drinks available to accommodate everyone's tastes. Having a fresh cup of coffee when you want it is absolutely amazing!!It would be great if this model had a rinse button to run when needed, specifically when going from brewing coffee to tea or other drinks. It would also be nice if you had the option of dispensing more than 6oz of hot water. Overall Keurig is a great product and I would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a quality brewer. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review!!

Not liking Keurig 2.0 K550 Brewing Syste

Very poor internal design. Keurig should never have changed system. It keeps dripping even after brewing is complete. You have to hold the hot water button in order to get 6oz.for tea, if you don't the water stops dripping. There is no choice for 4 or 6 oz.of hot water. The old machines were excellent. Had to exchange 3 machines and even upgraded from a 450 to a 550. The 450 had better features. The 550 still leaks. Sorry I switched to Keurig 2.0. To many cons to put in writing. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review"

Works Great, When it Works

I use this coffee maker in the mornings and in the evenings. I have now had 2 Keurig 2.0 systems and niether one has lasted more than 2 months. The pump stops working and neither machine would keep accurate time. They would gain at least 10 minutes a day. Very inconvenient for that morning cup of coffee.

I don't mind that we have to use Keurig products. What I don't like is having the machine malfunction when it's only a few months old. It sometimes heats slowly and then the hot water either comes out too slow, or it doesn't deliver the requested amount. Now lately, the automatic shutoff isn't working. The multi-serving brew is too weak on any setting except 2-3 cups (and I'm not a fan of really strong coffee).
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Inconsistent Brewquality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

love my new keurig

I won my Keurig 2.0 550 I had a Vue and loved the 2 step process for lattes. With the 2.0 I can still use the 2 step process plus the more variety since I an use both k-cup and vue cups. The only thing I don't like is not being able to change the temperature and make it hotter.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to use, Can Use Kcup Vue Cups
Cons: Cant Use Own Coffee, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

This is my third Keurig and I love it! I love everything about it, from the design to being able to use my vue packs! Love the different color customization. It's so easy to use, even my 10 year old can use it. The best part are all the different flavors of coffee and tea that you can get. I drink coffee everyday, day and night, but I also like to drink tea occasionally. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review! ;-)
