Faithful to Produce a Great Cup

We have used this brewer daily and love it. We usually like a 12-16 oz cup and have to open then close to get the larger amount. Older K Cups that we still had will not brew.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to clean
Cons: Need Larger Cup Sizes, Can Only Use Newer K Cups

We really like our Keurig. My wife wanted one for christmas, I was hesitant to purchase one from our local depatment store. I recieved a e-mail from Keurig that they had a payment plan to buy one. Well I signed up and my wife and I have been using it every day at home. It's a time saver and a great cup of coffee each time.
Pros: Same Great Taste, Great On The Go, Stylish, Night Light Is Cool, Durable, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Large Pot, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings

My First Keurig

I had access to a Keurig single cup brewer at work for a couple years and finally decided to get one for my home. I waited for the 2.0 brewer because of the ability to brew a Carafe, and also the functionality that was carried over from Keurig's Vue machines. Overall I'm very satisfied with the machine. I primarily use K-Cups, but also Vue Cups and Carafe's at least once a week. The stainless steel carafe was a worthwhile upgrade, but I feel that it should have been included with the top end K550 to begin with. I like the descaling and water filter reminders, although I found the descaling liquid to be a bit costly. I didn't have any on hand when the message came up so I had to delay the cleaning. I wish there was a way to force a cleaning instead of waiting for the message to reappear after it has been delayed. I have issues with the needles clogging from time to time. The first time I encountered this a very helpful customer service representative from Keurig walked me through the process of cleaning the needles and I have had to do that just once since. I also wish I could use a device in the 2.0 that would allow me to use coffee from the local roaster in my town. The older model at my workplace allows for that, but on the 2.0 such a device renders an error on the screen. Overall a great, but imperfect little machine that functions as my only coffee maker and is used multiple times daily. I would buy it again! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
