I love my Keurig. I have never been a coffee drinker, but hot cocoa or tea that is another story. My Keurig gives me a way to sit and drink my cocoa/tea when my husband has his coffee--Nice!!. So easy to use and my mom loves to come over for her raspberry tea--what a treat for her. A true family machine. So in love with my Keurig !! "Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review."

Thanks, KEURIG, for the free packs for this review. I like this brewer...more involved than the other Keurig it replaced. I did my first carafe which was a nice feature - it doesn't stay hot for long but still ok. I wish it had a travel mug option instead of just a 10oz brew...I actually brew twice to fill my mug.
Pros: Brews quickly, Durable, Multiple Settings, Night Light Is Nice, Stylish
Cons: Limited Features, Needs Travel Mug Feature, Loud

Bought it for the K-carafe tea, but no K-carafe teas available. Also able to brew a full pot of hot water for teas. While I was let down on this I do however like to make tea's and hot chocolates in it.

We use this machine every day by single cups and is loved because everyone can have a different type of coffee. We also use this machine for the hot water dispenser and after we ran 4 containers of water through the system the plastic smell and taste is gone.
