I use this everyday, and after making the switch from a traditional coffee pot, I can honestly say I'm never going back. It's fast, convenient, and addicting. There are very limited options for the K-carafe packs, as I would like to see Starbucks, or some other companies that make a good dark roast, to come out with some carafe-packs, the biggest upgrade to the 2.0. So once more companies come out with these, I'll be 100% satisfied. It's a great buy, I recommend going big with the 550 so you don't have to refill as much. Fantastic product. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We bought our Keurig on QVC as a special and are thrilled with it. No more daily trips to Dunkin donuts for us! This saves us money and we each get exactly what we want. Brew time is quick. So far, nothing much to be done for maintenance. Fingers crossed that this brewer goes the distance. After the first 2 months, we are very happy with the purchase. So easy to operate and we love the option of a cup or carafe. Bought the stainless carafe and the coffee stays hotter longer. Lots of coffee options to select from., I hope Keurig would come out with more options for the carafe size. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I use this coffee maker everyday, it's great because you can make just a single cup like for after dinner. Or you make a cafe in the morning. It;s easy to use and brews fast and the coffee tastes great and you have allot of choices for different types of coffee. The only thing I don't like about the coffee maker is that after you make a cup of coffee and you take the K-cup out when you close the top it asks you if you want hot water and you have to press cancel. Other then that I love the coffee maker. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review"

We love the numerous options that come with the Keurig 2.0 Having the carafe option is great for us on weekends as we go through a larger amount of coffee then. I enjoy the ability to make the coffee stronger and the ability to change the number of ounces for when I brew over ice. The keurig.com support staff were awesome when we switched machines and sent us replacement k-cups when the ones we ordered for our old machine were not compatible with the new machine. I would highly recommend this machine. It would make a great gift for newly weds! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
