I use my keurig for morning coffee and ice tea for my evening meal. I love the ease of use and the temperature of my beverage is perfect . I get excited about that first cup of coffee knowing I don't have to wait 15 to brew. I have nothing negative to say.

My husband and I like the product because I prefer decaf and he prefers regular so Keurig enables us to have both. Also, we like the strong feature that was added to the brewer. We wish some other brands would be sold through you site, such as, McCafe and Dunkin' Donut. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I have received this as a gift, I love Keurig products, I own a expresso Rivo machine and I love it. the 550 system is fantastic and easy to use the only thing bad is how quickly you run out of water.

We hope Keurig begins making the VUE packs for Starbucks DECAF House Blend soon...regular Starbucks VUE packs are available, but not DECAF.

Easiest coffee machine ever!

Kids love to help make the coffee. Being able to switch from a pot to a cup on the fly is great, especially when I want coffee and the kids want hot chocolate. I hope to see an option to purchase a larger carafe, in the meantime it makes the coffee very fast! Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review!

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. Had 2 of these both were returned because they stopped pumping water. The first one after 10 days the second one after 2 days. If Keurig can perfect the pumping system I would try it again.
