Love the new brewer. Very stylish and I love being able to change the colors and graphics so easily. Was a little disappointed at first with the inability to use any cup especially the Wawa coffee we enjoy however Keurig stood behind the situation with us and impressed me with their customer service. the only problem we now have is keeping water in it because we use it so much. Thank you Keurig for a wonderful product and excellent customer care.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Brews quickly, Large Pot
Cons: Can't Use Wawa Cups, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

it's a great product if you like a single coffee, The k-2 contain could use some improvement doesn't keep coffee hot at all.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Don't Waste Coffee, Easy to clean

i bought the better carafe and coffee doesn't stay hot. other than that I love this coffee pot. so glad I bought it.. use it everyday. best cup of coffee ever. need to have Tim Hortons coffee for this coffee pot

Great for one cup brewing

Great for one cup brewing. The low water mark is FAR to high - why have a tank that holds so much water and put the low water mark close to the top? The machine will cut off and require you to refill the tank far to soon. Not the best for brewing a pot of coffee. Everything else is great. Thanks Keurig for the free packets for this review.

I use my Keurig daily. There were a couple things I found frustrating at first such as the requirement to use the approved 2.0 K cups and the limited cup sizes. I like to make a larger cup but have found that by brewing it twice, I can get the size I want Other than that, I like the touch screen and how quickly it heats up and the other options. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.
