What's not to like!!!

Wife makes a 12 Oz cup by brewing an 8 Oz strong and a 4 Oz strong using the same k-cup and is still a flavorful cup of coffee. can run 6 Oz of hot water to help keep clean and not mix the flavors of the many varieties of coffee offered. Can't think of any real negatives, but then everybody's needs are different.

The stainless steel pot keeps the coffee hot for a really long time. I also truly appreciate the large reservoir.

Slow & Noisy, but coffee does taste good

I was taken aback by the requirement of the 2.0 needing special k-cups. I didn't the my-k cup feature of my old unit, but I did have a number of cups in stock. I didn't want to hassle with getting exchanges, so I just took them to work on my Mini. The unit is slow to heat up and the pump is loud. The latter being an issue for me, but I don't know what I can do about it. I liked being able to brew a 12oz cup with a standard k-cup and now I have to use two cups to get the same about into the cup. On the other hand the coffee tastes great and I like the extra large reservior. I haven't used the carafe yet, mostly because my favorite brands of coffee aren't yet available. The carafe internals seem small, so I don't know how useful this will be in the long run, over brewing single cups. As long as the pump doesn't have problems in the future, I will recommend this to others, even if it louder than all their previous models. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

We use our Keurig daily. I have several cups of coffee in the morning and afternoon. In the evening I make hot tea. It is great to be able to make a 5 cup pot for company.
