We finally made it into the current century and purchased a Keurig. We chose this one because of the carafe and the hot water ability. We fell in love with it because of the way it brews hot chocolate without leaving grounds or powder in the cup. Every cup of coffee or cocoa is delicious every time. All around great product. Super happy with my purchase and would recommend to everyone. I have not used the carafe part yet but the single serve coffee is quick and easy to use.

I use it every day for coffee on the go. The versatility of using both K-Cups and Vue Packs is great. The K-Cups don't brew as hot as the Vue Packs. "Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review"

Convenient and easy to use. Easy to clean.The only two things I wish were different with it was that you could control temperature for hotter coffee (since I like a lot of cream!), that there was a setting available for my travel mug which is 16 oz (instead of brewing 8oz twice) and it streamed the coffee out instead of "spitting" it. Great for convenient coffee

I use the K550 almost daily. I like the ability to set the timer and have coffee ready at specified times. It is great for keeping counter space clean and organized. My wife enjoys the convenience of hot water for tea and hot chocolate. I do wish that i had the ability to use a filter for fresh ground coffee.

Very convienient and saves trips to starbucks. When on the energy save mode, and it shuts off after 30 minutes of no use, once turned back on the time it takes to heat up the water is way too long. Also, when the coffee is brewing, the machine makes a noise as if it's spitting out the coffee. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review
