We are all day coffee drinkers, I have had numerous coffee pots,and this is the best ever. I am going to purchase more of these for gifts. It is quiet, fast , and I like the option of,selecting the strength and the size of the cup. I like the fact that they Keurig Kcups come in so many flavors . Thanks Keurig for this,great product.

Overall, great coffee brewer and excellent customer service. Fast brewing and lots of beverage options, but one minor gripe... The iced coffee flavor packs get very diluted when adding ice to the tumbler. I wish it could brew it a bit cooler so less ice is necessary, so it wouldn't get diluted, or if the coffee was stronger to withstand the ice dilution. Keurig 2.0 was my first and is awesome to use. Pros: Large water reservoir lets you have multiple cups during the day without refilling it. I like the look, and the choice of different ounce cups. Cons: Have to hold down the button the entire time for hot water, can't just set it to a setting; can only get 6oz of hot water at a time; carafe won't fill all the way, only 2 cups at a time; can't use your own coffee grounds without a hack. I would recommend it, but not for any other use than just multiple cups of coffee a day. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

My main problems with this machine is that the water button has to be held down to get hot water and its only 6oz at a time and the filter holder is difficult to take off also the water or coffee is definitely not hot enough.
