I use this brewer every day. I leave for work at 4 am and love the convenience of being able to make a hot cup of coffee for the ride to work. On my days off I like being able to brew a pot for a quiet morning at home. The large water reservoir allows many uses without worrying about constantly refilling the reservoir and waiting for the water to heat. I wish that there was a larger size like 14 oz. for my travel mug. All in all was a great purchase and very good value for the money. Thank you, Keurig for the free boxes for this review.

I use this machine every day, sometimes multiple times per day. The only improvements I can think of are the carafe keeping coffee hot longer, and more flavors in the carafe size. Other than that, this machine is perfect for people who Have a love affair with coffee! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love my platinum Keurig, rushed out to buy the new 2.0 and not all my k cups would work with my new 550. My cups are larger and I haven't figured out how to make a Hotter cup larger than 10 ounces. My family uses this new brewer several times a day for our favorite coffees, so I'm still giving it a chance! For individual coffee tastes I would still stick with my Keurig. I can't go back to grounds...

A large carafe is a great idea,however, a stainless steal pot should be included. Coffee doesn't stay hot in plastic. I would like a temperature control like my other Keurig. Sorry, I am not giving up my old Keurig for the 2.0 until it is perfected.

I use this brewer every day and I love it. This brewer was easy to setup and is very easy to use. This is my first single cup brewer, so I was very surprised of the ease of use compared to try and measure a cup or a pot. "Thanks kuerig for the free packs for this review" I am honest about this review. I love my brewer.
