I love the fact that my coffee is waiting for me in the morning! The auto brew is a big plus with me. It's quiet and I love changing the colors of the light in the water reservoir. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I never owned a Keurig Product before but always wanted one and am really glad I waited for this one. It proved to be perfect for my wife & I. As a retired couple, we have found it easy to use and ready to get us going in the morning or anytime during the day without a bunch of hassle. The 2.0 is so much more than your average coffee maker as it not only makes great coffee, but using it is fun. It's user friendly, easy to clean and brews your cup or carafe quickly. I haven't found anything yet that I don't like about it. It has been a big hit to visitors and my daughter liked it so much, we bought her one for Christmas & she tells me that she doesn't know how she lived without it & she already had another Keurig. I plan on using this brewer till it wears out. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I love the flexability, brew a few cups (carafe), water for tea or a single cup of coffee. I had the VUE and liked the 12oz cup of coffee, I now run a 8oz and then a 4oz, little longer time but still get the 12oz cup! Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Works great and brews delicious coffee. Looks good on my counter. The only con is that I wish it wouldn't automatically start pre-heating and potentially require more water before being able to turn it off.
