We use our Keurig everyday, I like it for the most part. One complaint I have is I don't like having to hold the button down for hot water. I always warm up my cup and I liked the way my old platinum brewer worked for the hot water feature .Also I do wish it brewed a bit hotter. "Thanks , Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Use mine everyday, all day. love being able to program brewing for next morning, being ready in plenty of time before i go to work. Love the variety of flavors. I would highly recommend the brewing system to anyone. once you try it you will love it. water is filtered before brewing.

My husband and I are serious coffee people. We each drink at least three cups every morning. We especially like tasting all different coffees. The chai latte is wonderful also, if you like tea. Overall, we love the 2.0!

My first Keurig, and I love it!!

The Keurig is great for brewing one cup at a time. My brother lives with me and we are able to brew what he likes, usually not cocoa, and I enjoy flavored coffee. I also use the hot water feature to brew him a cup of tea using tea bags. I really don't have anything bad to say about it. I use it everyday.
