GREAT BREWER!!

I love the 2.0!!! I received it for Christmas. We owned an special edition B60 prior to the 2.0. The 2.0 is much quieter, brews faster, "strong" setting, the list honestly can go on and on about the pros! Only "con" is I cannot use other brand k-cups like in the past. However, because of this I have discovered more of what Keurig has to offer. I have already recommended the 2.0 to friends and they love it as well. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Large reservoir, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, On Demand Water, Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to use, Large Pot, Durable
Cons: Only Use Keurig K-cup
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dispensing needle is constantly plugged!

I purchased the 2.0 for my wife for Christmas. For the first couple months - the brewer was great. Since then, the needle that injects the water into the K-Cup needs to be cleaned with a pin weekly. Coffee grounds build up in the needle causing the water to no longer dispense completely - if at all. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!'
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish

I love this brewer. its quick and easy to use. the only thing that would improve it is that it would brew larger cups size (16 oz) at one time. I will never be without one of these brewing systems ever again.
Pros: Easy to use, Love How Fast It Is, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings

It was worth every penny

For starters, Yes the price is a bit steep depending on how you look at it. In my own opinion it saves me a ton of money in the long run (saves you from buying coffee all the time individually), and it can actually brew what I WANT, WHEN I WANT, specially if you're a huge coffee person like myself. Of course not every machine is perfect, granted, this is no exception, it is a pain to get used to when it comes to the "ONLY KEURIG approved K cups", specially to those who might already own different brands of k cups, but to be fair they have a huge selection of coffee types and flavor along with teas, hot cocoas, seasonal beverages and even iced beverages as well., It didn't take long to get used to the idea of only being able to have Keurig approved k cups, specifically because they offer you discounts as a Keurig club member and their variety is ever growing. Now, as far as the machine goes, there isn't much negative to say about it, this has been my very first coffee brewer ever, so i don't have anything else to compare it to besides the fact that I don't have to spend about 3-5 bucks on coffee anymore and so on, but I did do my research on the Keurig 2.0 before taking such a huge leap of faith into something i wasn't quite familiar with just yet, that being said, I thought it was a bit loud at times, not enough to bother anyone, but you can expect that with brewers to begin with. One thing i will point out, I've had my 2.0 for about 2 and a half months, with nearly every day use, and I did notice recently that it was brewing a bit slower than usual, until it barely brewed at all, I came to realization that it was getting clogged a bit with remaining coffee grounds that stayed in the machine. Do keep in mind, as with any brewer, that regular maintenance is recommended for best results and performance. Other than those few things, I would say the machine it self is an amazing brewer. For what it is, it is definitely worth the price and recommendation for any coffee regular. It is very easy to use, with instant "hot water on-demand" along with the huge water reservoir (80 oz) and the ability to add your own touch of customization like the night light and the wallpaper customization options (Only on the K550) whats there not to love about the Keurig 2.0 K550. I am very well pleased with the k550 for what it is as a whole. Couldn't have made a better choice as my very first Keurig machine and product, In my opinion the bar for quality in brewers has been set pretty high, also i would like say Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Easy to use
Cons: Brews Slow Sometimes, Keurig Approved Only, Loud At Times

We use our Keruig 2.0 550 everyday. Individual cups during the weekdays and we use the Pot on Weekends. The Pot brews perfectly for three cups for my Husband, Mother, and myself. The new 2.0 is a little louder and take a little longer to brew than my older Keurig Machine. We have had one hickup when the pump did not seem to be working properly but I unpluged the machine and let it reset and now it seems to be working fine. My first Keurig lasted three years and I'm hoping for the same from this one. I do not however like that Keurig is trying to block the use of off brand coffees with this machine.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Large Pot
Cons: Loud, Long Brew Time, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited Features

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. I have had my 2.0 since Christmas 2014, used it every day, and have loved it every time. Fast and easy, but K-cups are far more expensive than when we brewed our coffee in a drip style maker. However, the ability to change flavors quickly makes it worth it. Big reservoir a plus.
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

I love my keurig platinum brewer, I thought it bit the dust so I ordered this new one, only to find out that it doesn't use my keurig k-cups. I got my platinum brewer working again and put the new one away. I really don't like the new one, I thought it was noisy and I have a lot of k-cups that I bought from keurig, to use up. "Thank keurig, for the free packs for this review."
Pros: Multiple Settings
Cons: Loud

Besides the no 12 oz settings, we discovered the non ability to use non-Keurig k-cups. It brewed slower and put grounds in the cup on the first use. It went back to the store and we pulled our older unit out of storage. Big fail on the Keurig company for this unit.
Cons: No Useing Off Brand K-kup, Limited Features, Long Brew Time, No 12 Oz Setting On K-kup, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
