Reliable machine so far - 4 months experience so far. Very easy to use. Looks good on the counter. The surface used to close and puncture the K-cup is chromed which shows constant fingerprints - would be better with a matte finish like older models. Great Keurig Maker With A Few Issues

I enjoy the new Keurig 2.0 makers. This design can have the bigger pot which is nice for larger groups, but I mostly use it for daily use every morning. The only downfall is the fact that unofficial k-cups don't work at all with it, but it hasn't been much of a problem. Great stuff and can't wait to see what they release next. I love tea in the morning, so I hit the hot water twice and get a wonderful steeped tea with my bag in the cup...we love the hot choc., snapple, lots of coffees and the apple cider. I mix my coffee strong so I use it with my frothed milk.

Great carafe feature

We use our Keurig 2.0 everyday for our morning coffee. During the day it's used for tea and sometimes cold drinks. I am enjoying the carafe when we have friends over. It's very easy to use and I can make a pot of decaf while others can still enjoy their regular blend. I upgraded to the stainless carafe and it does seem to keep the coffee hotter a little longer. I made sure to first fill with hot water and let it sit for a minute. The highest temperature setting is fine for me, however, my husband would prefer that the coffee be a little hotter. Love this pot!! Such a great upgrade from my last one, which is now retired to my office. Water lasts longer with a bigger reservoir and love all of the choices for sizes of brews. Having the ability to brew a pot of coffee is awesome as well!! Only negative is HAVE to use Keurig k-cups and can't take advantage of any good bargain brands. Giving it a 5, but it's probably like a 4.5 for this. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

Its a beautiful pot and makes great coffee. I really look forward to getting up in the morning, make a cup of coffee while I am getting really for the day. I love the fact you can preset the start and end times and the lighted reservoir lets me know its working. The biggest reason I love this pot is the added Carafe feature. Other than its a little louder than my old Keurig , I can't say anything bad about my pot.
