I previously used Vue cup.. compare to that, K550 has more options, stylish. The big pot is very useful, good for 3-4 people. I like the cleaning alert, so it reminds me to clean regularly... I would definitely recommend this product!

I use this product everyday before I head out for work each day, it's easy to use and is quiet and efficient. The cleaning process is not a walk in the park, but is doable with little to no mess. it is big, so for those of you who have small kitchens and/or limited counter space, I would consider getting a 350 or 450 model. This machines is stylish, so it would go with just about any theme you have in your home or office.

Love My Keurig with only one issue

I use every single day and decaf at night. I have RA and the filter holder is difficult to change. I broke the holder. But keurig stands behind their products with awesome customer service and great shipping of my larger kcups.

Brewer is great, no problems. However, be very careful if you have a large supply of K-cups that you purchased at other retail outlets. Many of these will not work in this brewer.

I love my keurig 2.0. the coffee is always brewed perfect and I love the customizable wall paper and reservoir light.. its great that you can choose to make a stronger coffee. it's also nice that I can make a pot of coffee when I have company over. its a lot quieter than my old keurig brewer. overall I love it.. BUT...like most of the negative reviews I have read, I also miss being able to use the refillable kcup. and it does take forever to get hot water out of this machine. I'd still prefer the new keurig 2.0 over my old Keurig brewer. I love it. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
