So innovative--I love my 2.0!

I like to use a product for a while before I review it and I have had my Keurig 2.0 since mid-November. I loved it out of the box because of the ability to brew a whole carafe of my favorite blends. Right before Thanksgiving I had a problem with the water not dispensing but I called Keurig customer service and was walked through how to remove a small wax plug that must have lodged in the wrong place during shipping. Customer service was extremely helpful and my machine has worked wonderfully since then. I use my brewer everyday. It was easy to set up and I am impressed with all the features. I had another brand of brewer prior to purchasing my Keurig and my Keurig is much more user friendly and versatile. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Loving My New Keurig!

I am loving my new Keurig 550! I have never had a Keurig, so glad the kids got it for me for Christmas! The carafe is awesome! I enjoy different one cup flavors on weekdays & enjoy full pots on the weekend. The carafe wasn't keeping it hot long enough ,(I am drinking the whole pot myself), so I bought the thermal one & it keeps it plenty hot now! Also, the kids get a big kick out of changing the display colors for the holidays, currently, it's lit up red for Valentine's Day! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review." I use this product every day several times a day and have always been thrilled with the results. Some people complain about the noise, but they obviously never heard a percolator. This lets you know that the coffee is brewing and it is quick. A little noise is good. "Thanks, Keurig, for the frre packs for this review.", although I would have been happy to do it for free.
