I originally didn't want a Kcup brewer as I drink more than one cup on weekends. This is the perfect solution. I only give it 4 stars as it forces you to purchase Keurig Kcups. Other than that it is 5 stars all the way. Plus I have saved money not stopping at a coffee shop everyday. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Obsessed With It!

We never thought we needed one of "these machines", but now that we have one we think differently. The fact that I can have the perfect temperature coffee in seconds whenever I want is incredible. I get a kick out of trying all the terrific brands of coffee and because we think it is so great, we bought 2 more as gifts for friends and family. I never had a Keurig before, but I would highly recommend the 2.0 with the big water reservoir as it is very convenient. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

Still a little disappointed with the Keurig Kcup only technology, but I knew about that when I bought it. The K-Carafe feature makes up for that annoyance. Overall I'm pleased with this model. It is a little louder than my old version, but not a lot. I would buy it again and will recommend it. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I work in Communications with the local police dept. As supervisor I bought one single Christmas gift for all the dispatchers to enjoy, after research I decided the K550 would be a great fit. I LOVED it so much I replaced my personal coffee maker at home with another K550! Officers even bring up KCups as thank you gifts.....Gotta love it.

I've had to do a fair amount of traveling and have stayed in nice hotels with coffee service in my room. They all try to make it convenient and simple. My new Keurig beats them all by a mile. Easy to use and no mess to clean up.

When I first got my new 2.0 I was a little nervous a lot of new things , I quickly found out it was a breeze to set up and use ...love that I can select stong or not and I can make a pot when needed no longer do I need to keep a drip pot for when I have company ...the 2.0 brews a better tasting cup then past models.."
