Great when it works

I've had to send back my brewer 3 times in 2 months. The first had a chemical taste that could not be corrected, The next 2 would brew a cup or 2 and then only allow about an ounce to go through and stop. I would have to clean the needle section with a paper clip every 3 or 4 cup, Lets hope the 4th brewer works better Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review

1st time user of the Keurig and I stayed away until the carafe option was available. I truly enjoy it and able to change my flavor daily without having tons of ground coffee canisters everywhere. I love the product. However, I love my drinks very hot and this brewer could brew hotter. Drinks cool to fast due to this failure.
