Great machine, but...

Overall, this is a great machine. My first one would not draw in water after 20 days, but the retailer exchanged it for me. I did my homework and already was aware you have to use official K-Cups, but I use them anyway, so that is not an issue for me. In my opinion, Keurig took a step back to "control" people rather than just make a great machine to brew coffee. All the extra sensors and stuff are overkill. If getting folks to by the official coffee was an issue, perhaps that might be a sign the pricing is a little too much... Just a thought. So what is good? Brews fast, bold feature, design, touch screen, and the lights. (12 oz brew size would have been great to add) I'm happy with my purchase, but wish Keurig would unlock and let users decide how they want to use the machine. so far I love it because it is very easy and fast to use. Coffee taste great, just trying to figure which ones are best for me. Just wished it made bigger cups (more ounces) of coffee at a time.

We love the add water feature after brewing. We also use a empty kcup to fill measured amounts of water to powdered drinks like chocolate, etc (non kcup). Also use for measured amounts in cooking recipes. Thanks Kuerig for the free packs for this review

I use this product everyday and it suits my needs completely. It is easy to set up and has great features (looks great, works great and is simple to use). I love the option to make the coffee 'strong' with a simple checkmark. I do, however, miss a Keurig provided method for brewing my favorite 'off the self' bagged coffee. I would definitely recommend the K550 to anyone in search of a great coffee maker.

I use my keurig 2.0 at least once a week. I like the variety of kinds of coffee drinks it can brew! Sometimes I make a latte, sometimes I want strong coffee, and sometimes my husband uses the hot water feature to make himself tea! This brewer is versatile, looks awesome, is easy to use, easy to clean, and so convenient. I can't imagine a better brewer for what it is! My only two issues with it is the hot water sometimes doesn't make that much. So I have to push and hold the water button several times to get enough. Also, while the lattes taste really good, they are not very similar to a latte from a coffee shop. It froths the milk, and brews the coffee, but there is no foam on top. It is just a different style. Like I said, it tastes great though! All in all, I am SO pleased with our brewer. I would DEFINITELY recommend purchasing one! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

At first I thought I did not like the new machine. My favorite cup would not fit underneath and there was no setting for 12-14 oz (10 is the max). Found a new "better" cup and now just push an 8 then a 6 oz and it works fine. Not too sure about the proprietary K-cup feature yet as I can't use my reusable filter. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. Still using it and getting used to it.
