I love the fact I can use my Vue cups to make my to go coffee. And the KCups for my morning coffee.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Easy to use

I buy K-cups that have coffee I like but they do not work in this machine. I want a 12oz cup but the only options are 8oz and 10oz. Previous Keurigs made larger cups. Otherwise, a very good coffee maker.
Pros: Strong Brew Option, Great cup of coffee, Easy to clean, Quiet, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings
Cons: Does Not Use Old K-cups, Pot Does Not Stay Hot, Cannot Brew Large Cups

I use the Keurig everyday and love the taste. To me it seems as though the k550 brews through the entire kcup rather than like on previous models it seemed as though it was just streaming through the middle. Love all aspects of the new keurig and the fact that they added carafs is amazing

My 2nd Keurig

I owned the original Keurig for 10 years. It is still working and I have kept it to use as an extra pot. Love the new Keurig 550. It is quiet and brews quickly. I can brew a variety of coffees when I have people over. My only negative is that I bought the carafe puposely for brewing more coffee at one seating. I drink decaffeinated extra bold and the company does not have a selection yet for the carafe. I hope it will be on the market soon. So for right now I do not use the carafe. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

not a fan. I am so disappointed in this. I use several times daily.... on 2nd one in 5 months. first one quit working... this one has a broken filter that needs to be replaced. I thought the pot would be nice but not enough variety in the paks. Do yourself a ffavor and stick with the older one and wait until they get this one fixed.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Long Brew Time, On 2nd One In 5 Mo, Loud, 2nd Broken Filter

Love My Keurig

I use the auto on feature on my Keurig so I can wake up to the smell of my coffee brewing in the morning. I use my Keurig everyday. Having the option of a single k-cup or k-carafe packs works great for me. When friends drop by it's really convenient having that choice. I appreciate the larger capacity water reservoir so I don't have to fill it as often. The maintenance feature is great. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.
