We use our Keurig almost everyday. It is convenient to use & the 1st time my husband has made coffee in 35 yrs. I do wish that they offered the refillable filter for both the K-cups/Karafe for our model.

Not thrilled with this model! It is easier to micro wave a cup of water for tea as you spend as long holding the silly button! The water is not hot enough so coffee goes cold in a short amount of time..I will get an Elite next time..Much better model..

I use my new Keurig every day. I usually have only one cup. I like that it is much more quiet than my first Keurig. I do wish that the 2.0 allowed the use of other non-Keurig cups. I like to fill the Keurig baskets with my own coffee. I miss that. Otherwise, it's a great product

Our first keurig and we love it

We use this product mostly for coffee, however, we als use the hot water option which is convenient and amazing! Love how you can change the amount you'd like to dispense. I usually go with 10 oz. The coffee tastes great (we use green mountain French roast or hazelnut). Haven't tried tea or hot chocolate yet. The only issue we have had is with the brewer not outputting enough liquid. We called customer service and they gave use a trick to clean out the grinds that may get stuck. We were assured if any further issues it would be replaced. We always use filtered water and have the water filter in place and changed often. Overall a lovely machine, especially for our first one!! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Does Not Live Up to the Hype!

My first cup of coffee is only warm. Other cups do not remain hot so I heat them again in the microwave before drinking. I like the variety k-cups offer. Since the unit does not offer a 12 oz cup of coffee, I usually brew 8 oz plus 4 oz. The manual k-cup does not work the 2nd time without taking it out and reinserting it. I wish I could brew a 12 oz cup without all this fuss. The unit is rather large and takes up lots of counter space.
