It is awesome, I just miss one thing. I lOVE MY Keurig 2.0 BREWER. This Keurig Brewer is sooooo easy to use. I love everything about it. From being in control of what color light I want to shine through the water compartment, to how many ounces I want of water I want to use for my coffee or tea. Since I only like light and smooth coffee, it is awesome that I can decide how many ounces of water I want to dilute the coffee with. I also use it for tea. I have always been the biggest tea drinker "in the world" however with Keurig 2.0; I must confess that I have gone to "the dark side". I like how big the water capacity is, as I have to refill it less often. It is extremely easy to do though. I have run into difficulties when buying coffee and tea for the K-2.0. Although the packets of coffee or tea indicates that it is for K-cups, my machine does not accept them. One example was when I bought Twining's Pure Peppermint tea. The packet I bought online through Keurig's website worked with my brewer. The packet I bought in a grocery store, which stated it was for K-cups and not for Vue brewers, did not work with my Keurig 2.0. That despite, the K-cup having the exact same shape and size as the one from the website. In addition, you cannot use K-cup reusable filters on the Keurig 2.0 Brewer. At this time, I am fine with that, as there are so many varieties to choose from that it would take me a very long time to taste them all. • Pros : Brews Quickly,Easy To Use,Stylish • Cons : Does Not Take All K-cups
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use

I use mine everyday, and after a brief "breaking in" period, I like it as much as my previous Keurig. I especially like being able to brew a whole carafe when I have company! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Large Pot, Easy to clean, Durable, Brews quickly

We have been very happy with out Keurig K45 for several years. I used some travel award points to get the new K550. It looks great, it is very stylish, and I like the features and touch screen. I am disappointed in the brew times, and it always drips after you remove the mug. The pump makes more noise than the K45. I REALLY miss being able to dispense a mug of hot water with one button push. Now you have to stand there and hold the button to get hot water, and if you want more you have to lift the top and hold it again. I use mine for hot water a lot, so this is a major inconvenience. Had I used $$$ instead of travel points, I probably would have returned it and gone back to the K45. Poor execution on this brewer, and I am a Keurig fan. :(
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Large Pot
Cons: Long Brew Time, Drips After Brew, Loud, Large Mugs Do Not Fit Wel
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After having some trouble initially with the time it took to brew a cup (3 minutes timed) Keurig graciously replaced the first brewer and I'm happy to report the new one has performed perfectly. I have been a Keurig user for years. We have a vacation beach home and often have at least 4 couples visiting. The Keurig is a great solution to offering guests their drink of choice and with the 2.0 we can brew a larger pot for that initial first cup, but also offer decaf, tea or a different blend. The 2.0 looks great in our kitchen and is always a topic of conversation. In fact, I joke that Keurig should put me on commission as several guests have bought brewers after visiting! Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!

Thank you Kurig for the free packs for this review. Really loud compared to other Kurig brewers I have had. I do not like that you can only use Kurig k-cups in this brewer and you can't brew fresh ground coffee in it either! For all of it's "improvements" I think some of older Kurig brewers were better.
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Really Loud Compared To O, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Loud
