I love the ease of use and the large water storage volume. Plus, the wide variety of specialty coffee flavors makes every day a new experience. It is literally a three button push process to brew the perfect cup. If the coffee came out hotter, it would have been given 5 stars.

Very disappointing

1.I use it for 1 to 4 cups a day. 2. The color screen is worthless would rather greenor gray. 3. The coffee pot that came with it is worthless drop it and just drop the price. 4. I did spend the extra money for the thermos style. 5. The water tank is awkward to handle and fill 6. When trying to use just hot water or Hot chocolate grinds from coffee is in the water. 7. Your descaling solution is way over priced 8. The unit is already plugging up and this is using YOUR dedicated coffee Kcups. This really bent me out of shape. When I brew a cup of coffee using your machine I expect to get a cup, not having to unplug the needle every other day. 9. Your spill tray under the unit is cheap nothing like your original style for locating. 10. Overall I will not buy another unit of yours the coffee is overpriced. The stock price is doing good, why I have Know idea also over priced. Your probably thinking I am not a satisfied buyer, Well your right. Thanks for the opportunity.

This is my second Keurig. The first one was a simple one but useful. I just wanted to upgrade to get the karafe. Wouldn't go back to a coffee pot for nothing. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I enjoy the different sizes that this coffee maker offers! Also the ability to make the coffee brew stronger allows me to enjoy a fuller,richer brew each time. Without question, I love this new coffee maker.

Best coffee Maker we have ever had!

I use my Keurig on a daily basis and enjoy being able to brew different types of coffee 1 at a time! Very simple and easy to use. Had to call customer service one time and found out that we needed to clean the needles and he walked us through it. Now it works great! I love it!

didn't think I needed it, Wrong!

I didn't think I needed this fancy new model. I was wrong. It's super easy to use, love the carafe option and the coffee tastes even better. I work from home and feel like I have my own coffee "shop". After 4 months not one con for me.

I like the ease of using it. We use it for coffee, hot chocolate, to make hot soup etc. Sometimes it sounds very loud when it's making the coffee, but not all the time.
