Extra capacity and a nice step up

We had a Keurig brewing coffee maker for over 4 years and felt it was time to upgrade. There were always those times when it would have been nice to brew additional cups quickly in a single session. The Keurig 2.0 met that need. There is extra water capacity, still the quick brewing capabilities, and a carafe for those bigger brews. We liked the ability to customize colors for the lights, and display. The only issue is that there are not many flavors available for the carafe cups yet and as with any cup of coffee, it never stays hot long enough. The Keurig 2.0 K550 is a great product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Time is out of control

I set the time on the machine multiple times a week and it still runs 15-20 minutes fast. This has had me rushing out the door a few times before I realized that the time was out of control. I have learned NOT to go by the time on my machine! The coffee comes out warm, not hot. When using the carafe it doesn't stay warm long at all! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Great machine. Love the filtering system. Had to buy the stainless carafe. Plastic carafe is worthless for hot beverages. Keurig customer service is terrible and cannot handle the simplest of problems but they do throw free coffee at you so hard to complain.

I love this new brewer.Only downside was that the original carafe is not thermal but I ordered the thermal carafe and got a discount with my points on Kuwait.com. I would recommend the brewer to my friends and family. thanks Kuerig for the free packs for this review

Use Brewer daily until mid morning! Use for K-Carafes. Have huge verity of K- cups, Compatible with the Vue coffee pack verities. Programs for time you want your am Carafe. Need to clean as video on website shows to keep clean and from from clogging. One thing whish it had settings like the Vue system had for hotter water setting. Got this as a birthday gift...an upgrade from my keurig platinum. Brews coffee fast and hot.. But tends to continue dripping after cup brews. Was upset when I found out it would accept only official keurig kcups, but when I called to complain I was given vouchers to replace the kcups I had that wouldn't work. More brands are now Keurig-approved...even warehouse brands! Customer service is great! Have only used carafe once, but seemed to work well. Love being able to choose a wide variety of beverages.
