I enjoy each fresh, hot, single serving of tea and coffee from my 2.0 K550. Every person can choose their preferred beverage which means each person gets a fresher, individual serving with no waste, i.e., leftover coffee to stain a carafe. It will be perfect when technology allows for the brew/filter basket to be used in this model. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We make single cups during the week and carafe on weekends. Can't wait for more Carafe choices. Love the large reservoir and the ease of making everyone's favorites. Wish the coffee was a little hotter and the carafe kept it hotter longer.Can't use favorite Grove Square Cappacino in new machine. All in all very pleased with my Keurig.Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review

Very disappointing!!!

Was very unhappy with it. Bought it New worked one week and stoped brewing. Took it back thought it was maybe just a bad one. Exchanged for another one. It did the same thing. Went back to the old one. So upgrading is not all it's cut out to be!

Great for auto brew in caraf but no auto brew for single cup. Auto on is nice to save time in the morning. Coffee grounds flow back into water needle. Needs larger cup choices.
