My husband and I enjoy 2 cups of coffee every morning. I love love love this product but wish that when they would design a carafe that will keep coffee very hot. I like my coffee very hot and find that I feel rushed to drink my second cup while it is hot but I would like it to stay piping hot!

Love Our Keurig

We weren't sure how much we'd use the Keurig since it was going to be downstairs, away from our regular coffee center. However, it is very nice to be able to make a cup of coffee in the evening without having to make a full pot upstairs.

We get multiple uses every day. I use it most often, mostly to make iced coffee. That's why this unit is so much better than the old, one shot does all, model. I brew strong, 6 oz., directly into ice. The resulting beverage is just right, whether I use the Keurig ice-tumbler I bought, or recycle a plastic cup from Starbucks. Even the venti plastic cup fits if you slide out the drip tray! I love not having to fill the brewer every time I brew. The only downside was that we couldn't use all of the remaining cups we had for the old brewer, although Keurig provides a credit for them if you want to buy replacements. The other part of the restriction was we couldn't use the fill-your-own brew pod. Although the selection is great for Kcups, there are a few coffees out there that can't be purchased in Kcup format, particularly decafs..

i upgraded to this product from the Special Edition brewer. The beverages are much hotter than the previous brewer, it was a nice surprise. It is very stylish and has great functionality. The only drawback is that you cannot use certain k-cups and also noticed that the prices of the current k-cups on the Keurig website are more expensive since the new version of the Brewers were introduced.

The ability to brew either one cup or 4 cups is a nice feature. It's great when we have overnight guests who have a choice to select what they want to drink. The color display is very nice and can send messages (add more water, etc.) which is better than just having a blinking light. The only cons are that old K cups can't be used and neither can the attachment that allows you to use your old coffee. Keurig does send you a coupon to replace your old K cups which does help. Overall I'm very happy with the new system. Thank you Keurig for the free K cups for submitting this review.

Love the many different flavors and options to choose from, and the cost is so much better, the coupons are great just wish there were more offers, and that the k-cup brewed more then just 10oz's, cups these days are bigger. The company needs to come out with a reusable coffee filter so people that like to grind their own beans can do so. I truly enjoy my 2.0 Keurig K550 and also the many different choices and flavors of coffee. I look forward to trying many more different other's. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
