I really like this machine. It was a great investment. I love the different choices of coffees that there are and how easy it all is to use!! I wish the price of the coffees weren't so expensive and that there was more of the travel mug sizes to choose from!

I use my brewer constantly all day. I love the ease of having hot water for teas and cocoa. The only concern is the popular con from users of pre 2.0 brewers, confined to using Keurig and it's partners K-cups. Not a bad thing, just limits or creates a monopoly.

Bought the Keurig 2.0 K550 in November 2014 and have been extremely happy with it! I owned the Vue previously but the 2.0 is much better and so versatile. Brews the perfect cup or Karafe every time!!

We are very happy with this brewer. Brews quickly and the coffee is hot. I really like the hot water option. Coffee pods are expensive and it would be nice if you can brew your own coffee. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This Keurig Brewer 550 is one of the best that I have owned, which have been several over the years. I love the fact that the backlight can be changed to different colors, and it is so easy to use. Also love the fact that the option to purchase this on a payment plan which is great for people like me that wanted one but could not afford to pay all at once.

Not bad if you only use Keurig cups

My wife and I love the Keurig. This will be our 2nd one in 3 years. The design has improved a lot and think it makes a good addition to our kitchen. But looks aren't everything. My wife drinks coffe like no other so we will see how durable this design really is. Our other Keurig is still kicking but I wanted the new one. We are keeping the old one just in case. We do like the fact that you can push the strong button so the coffee brews slower. The coffee also comes out just as hot as ever. The only thing I can complain about is the way you brew hot water. You can only brew 6 ounces at a time and you have to hold the main button the entire time, so even if you wanted only 4 ounces you would have to guess how much that is. They should of let you brew as much hot water as you wanted. This is the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Yes it's true that you can only brew Keurig approved cups but that doesn't really bother me since me and my wife only order from the website. I have only had this coffee pot for around 5 days so I can't really give an extensive review. With that being said.... Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!
