biggest let down of 2015

up until today we have had two coffee pots the keurig and everyday coffee pot.my husband fills his work thermos to have for when he's out in the field. the single cup serve was just not working for him to fill his big thermos. I don't drink a full pot of coffee through out the day but I do drink 2-4 cups. single serve is awesome for me. I bought this thinking okay I get counter space back....WRONG. I refuse to spend a ton of money on the cups when I can buy my fav brand of coffee and get 300+ cups FOR THE SAME PRICE AS ONE BOX of K cups. the fact I cant use a reusable filter turned me off to this product. for the price I paid for it I should not have to quadruple my coffee budget just for more counter space. this will be going back first thing in the morning. I will stick to less counter space...so thanks for the biggest let down of the year ill wait few months and get one that is a generic brand most likely work better anyways.

Everyday use in home. Soooo good. The carafe packs are really good, but wish you would have included an insulated carafe for this top of the line.
Cons: Had An Issue With Watert, Need Insulated Carafe, Customer Svce Resolved, Discovered Ro Won't Work

This is an amazing product and my family makes great use of it daily. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and brews quite fast. I love the easy-to-use (and customizable) touchscreen. My only criticism is that it only lets you brew up to 10 ounces per cup. Other than that, this is a great product. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This a great brewer, the best feature is how fast the coffee brews. Would love to have a larger option for single cups of coffee and hot water but besides that its perfect.

We had a love affair with our Keurig Vue. All but the number of choices we had with coffee. When it came time to replace the Vue after 3 years, we wanted to try the 2.0 system. This is a great machine with a multitude of coffee to choose from. We had favorites before, but now our choices seem limitless. My new fave is the Diamond AA. We are also surprised by how much we use the carafe, and how well it brew a 3-4 cup pot. It's very useful on a Saturday morning. All things considered, I'd recommend to any of my friends. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Perfect Brewer for College Students!

I use my Keurig almost every morning. I start the brew, and by the time I'm back from the bathroom I have a hot cup of my favorite coffee. What I enjoy most about it is that it always takes the perfect amount of water. My old Keurig Mini relied on my own (poor) judgment for the water amount, and never really made a great cup of coffee. This problem is resolved completely with my 2.0 brewer. The biggest complaint I have is when it runs out of water, and I have to maneuver the clunky reservoir tank around in my sink at just the right angle, but this is more of a complaint for my landlord. I love this brewer, and would recommend it to any one, especially college students, who want quick and great coffee.
