I just love how convienant it is and how fast it is and the coffee just taste all around better than any other coffee. and the filter makes it taste so much better such a good add on to an excellAnt all around coffee maker.

We find it an easy to use and we love the carafe. The first stainless carafe we bought did not hold the top seal. It would pop off when pouring. Called Keurig and they replaced it with a carafe that works great.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

My 6 Keurig. Not loving it

I have 2 keurig on my counter. I ordered this one even though my other one still works. I don't like the size of coffee it makes. It needs to be 12 oz. Don't like you have to hold rinse button. I ordered stainless carafe and does not keep hot. I like keurig and wanted the newest but not real happy.

The directions were clear although it took me a few times to figure out how to make the coffee in the carafe for the first time. I use the product daily and more than once a day. I have not used all of the features that are on the Keurig. My only complaint is that I purchased many coffee pods that say Keurig, but they will not work on this model. Also, there are no pods for me to use my left over ground coffee., Might be something to have in the future.
