We love our new brewer. This is the 4th Keurig machine that we have owned. We have one in each of our two houses. We upgrade when a new model comes out. It is so great when you have a guest, they can choose their own flavor, decaf, or tea. They enjoy the machine as much as we do. And Thank You Keurig for the gift of 2 boxes of coffee for taking the survey!!

This is my second brewer. I upgraded to the K550. Great move. I love the carafe feature. I use my brewer every day. I've had it now for 6 months. I've never had any issues. I'm very particular about my coffee and will only drink certain brands. This brewer makes a perfect cup every time.
