keeps plugging the needle dicharge

can not use my kcups and k cups other then keurigs also discharge needle keeps pluging up extra strong option is very slow overall not very happy with my very expensive purchase
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Long Brew Time, Limited Features, HARD TO CLEAN

Nicely designed machine, however must switch over to the new design pods with the readable label. Running plain water only dispenses 6 oz, sometimes only a couple drops and then you have to do it again. Only drawback is holding the button down for water. Bigger reservoir for water, easy to use keypad. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I purchased this coffeemaker because it has the ability to make a pot of coffee as well as a single cup. The coffee is always fresh and hot and you never have any wasted coffee. I love the little sidelight and the color choices for it. It is easy to use and easy to clean. It looks stylish on my countertop and doesn't take up too much space. Plus there are so many choices of coffee and other beverages. I liked this brewer so much that I bought one for my daughter. She loves hers as well and saves a lot of money.

Beautiful ---- BUT :(

The 2.0 K550 is a beautiful machine and has some real nice features -- BUT -- was very disappointed that I am unable to use some of my local cafes special brews/blends, because the K550 dose not recognize the K-cup and there is no K-cup for the use of fresh ground coffees. I still have my Platinum Plus brewer on my kitchen counter so I can still have the best of both brewing systems. If we could just blend together the Platinum Plus and the 2.0 K550 we would have the worlds' ultimate coffee brewer. "Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review".
