This would be a perfect brewer if the coffee was brewed hotter with temperature control, if you could use fresh ground coffee and if it could brew 12 oz. Thanks, Kuerig, for the free packs for this review.

Cons: No Large Cup Of Coffee, Limited Features, No temperature control, Coffee Not Very Hot, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, No Fresh Ground Coffee, Clogs After Several Month

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. I love this brewer. The only complaint is the hot water dispensing is not convenient because you have to hold the button down during the process.

Like most Keurig brewers, the convenience is fantastic and the ability to brew Carafes is also great for the office setting, which was the primary reason for this purchase. The one issue that keeps popping up: when I go to brew a carafe, it tells me it needs more water even when the reservoir is completely filled. I need to take the reservoir off and push down the water intake button each time in order to brew a carafe. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Love My Kuerig!

This is the 6th Kuerig I purchased. Loved mineso much bought them for son, daughter, mom, nephew & a second one for my motorhome. Best coffee maker I've owned. Have recommended to all my friends. I can have flavors coffee & my husband his medium brew. Don't have to stick to just one coffee type. I would like the carafe to be insulated do the coffee would stay hot longer. I think its great!

My new Keurig 2.0 K550 replaced another single serve coffee maker that I had used for many years. Far and away, I am so pleased with this machine. Brews a great cup of joe in seconds. There are so many varieties of coffee available, I'll probably be trying a new brew every week for a year! I love it!!

I really love this brewer. This is our second brewer and having the carafe makes it really great. I also really like the option of having a stronger cup when I want one. I recommend it highly and even got my parents to buy one.
