I love this brewer!!!

I love the brewer. Before I purchased this, I rarely drank coffee. The choices of coffee allows me to drink something different than standard coffee. The only complaint I have is that I did not know why the brewer was not working. I figured out that I needed to press the button for preheating and then I could get the brewer to work.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Stylish, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Loud

Needs some human engineering

This unit need some serious human interface engineering. Every cup requires a wait for pre-heating. There is no "go" indication - it says Just a Moment. The cup size default can't be changed, requiring me to wait through the pre-heat every time. No option to use my own, loose coffee.

Cons: Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Can't Brew Loose Coffee, Long Brew Time, Wait For Pre-heat, Can't Change Brew Size De, Interface Is Clumsy, Complicated Controls

Purchase a smaller coffee maker for the RV coach as I had numerous Keurig before but they are larger that the area needs to be placed. I hated the maker so. I purchased the new Keurig K550 and LoveLove it.. I will never again deviate from the brand. It is larger than I wanted but the easy and taste is outstanding.

We use the Keurig very day and love many of the new features. I do not like the way it dispenses hoot water, you have to hold the button and can dispense only 6 ounces at a time.

Love our new 2.0 brewing system

Thanks Keurig, for the free k-cups for writing this review. I would have given you high regards even without the free stuff. But who doesn't like free stuff. We love our 2.0 machine and use it everyday and weekends. I've started drinking half-caf and its great that I can now make a pot of decaf in the Keurig and the real stuff in our conventional coffee maker. This is our third K-cup brewer and the best one yet. The things I would like to see is a larger pot and for it to stay hotter longer. Another great job. Thanks, Java Girl
