I love the fact that it can brew several cups at 1 time. I dont like the fact that it will only use keurig kcups. I love my keurig and im hooked.

Love how quiet it is...water on demand doesnt work properly. You have to hold the button down and i have to do it 3 times to get 10 oz. Not sure I would buy another of this model but I do love my keurig for coffee and it looks great! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
