I love my Keurig 2.0...I use it everyday, multiple times a day...to me this is the best Keurig yet! I love the many choices in coffees and teas...and I love the fact that I can make them the way I love them best..that being stronger or larger to smaller..depending on my mood. GREAT JOB Keurig!

Not worth the trouble

Although I love the single cup convenience, I will not buy another Keurig machine. I find them to be very high maintenance. We run water through it every night and still it clogs. It leaked water and we couldn't find out where. It didn't always recognize the white ring on the K-cup - sometimes we would have to open and close the machine 3 times before we could brew a single cup of coffee. Way too many issues for a simple task of making a cup of coffee!

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Water Leaked Out, Long Brew Time, Loose Tray Moves Always, Clogs Often

Convenient and delicious

I like the convenience of not having to brew an entire pot for a cup of coffee nor have to deal with the cleaning afterwards. Now it's easy to get a cup of coffee or tea without qualms whenever I feel like it. The Carafe is also a great feature for that instant unexpected small party gathering.

On the days we work, I make a travel mug of coffee for my husband as he's going out the door. Then, I make a coffee or latte for myself as I'm out the door. The single servings do stay hot. We upgraded and bought the stainless coffee pot but it doesn't keep the coffee as warm as a pot on a heating element does. So, better for single servings.

I love the variety of K-Cups you can buy. I use it everyday for coffee, tea, lemonade, and apple cider. The only complaint I got it you can't brew more than 10 ounces on a single cup.
