I own 3 Keurig Brewers and I favor the 2.0 K550. It is quiet, fast, easy to use. I use this everyday, throughout the day. It is very easy to clean. I love the lighting feature that lets you choose the color you want. I love the fact that you can program it to brew at a specified time. There is nothing bad about this brewer!

We have had a VUE brewer for more than a year now and love it. We don't drink coffee everyday, but when we do it is usually a single cup for myself and my wife. No more stale coffee! The only issue we had is when other coffee drinkers were at the house. I would have to brew each cup seperatly. With the 2.0 that problem is solved, and we can still have our individual cups on the weekends. Thanks, Keurig, for the for the free packs for this review!

To all nay sayers I'll say do your homework before you buy, Keurig is upfront on their website about the limiting factor to using Keurig approved k-cups. This Keurig 2.0 is a replacement to my old Keurig and change is hard sometimes, but after about a month of use on this new machine the new options are no longer bumps on the road to enjoying my coffee and you can learn to use them to your advantage too. The machine was loud in the beginning and has now settled or maybe I got used to it. I am enjoying my new Keurig 2.0 for the convenience of having my personalized coffee when I am ready. I also wish for more than 10 oz of coffee at one time with the k-cups, maybe the next update to the k-cups. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This brewer is used daily. Dark Roast coffees are the tastiest if brewed strong, The other coffees are too flat and weak. When brewing a carafe, several attempts must be made to brew a carafe if carafe is not properly placed in bottom slot. Brewer is good to use but not enough coffee offerings are available, especially dark roast.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Complicated Controls
