Manufacturing Issues

We had to return our 550 due to pump failure after a short time of using the machine. Our friends are on their fourth 550 machine all due to pump failure. Also, this machine has a scan sensor that will only allow Keurig cups. No other brands will work in this machine so you are forced to use only Keurig products.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Consistant Pump Failure
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The carafe does not keep the coffee hot. Had to buy the stainless carafe. Every once in a while it does not recognize my k cup even though it is the correct k cup.

Love that it dispenses hot water. Quick brew. Has auto settings and holds lots if water in tank. Just wish coffee stayed hot longer. Love that they made a carafe option!!
