I did get the 2.0 K550 for a early Christmas gift and I love it. I have the personal brewer and I liked that also. I wanted to upgrade. The only thing that I have found is that my personal k-cup doesn't work in the K550. That's why I gave it a four star and not a five star.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Durable, Easy to use, Brews quickly

I really love my new Keurig 2.0 brewer! I purchased this coffeemaker because it had the ability to make a pot of coffee as well s a single cup. It is well designed and looks great on my countertop. I love the ability to change the colors and use it for a nightlight. I liked my coffeemaker so much that I purchased one for my daughter. She loves hers as well and saves a lot of money on coffee. Good coffee maker

Really like the 550 Keurig coffee system. It makes good coffee fast and anytime that I want it. The only drawback I have found is that it will shut off at night sometimes and I have to wait for it to reheat and sometimes I drink a 16 oz cup of coffee when I leave the house. The 550 will only go up to 10 oz in the K cups. So, I have to do 2 8 oz brews which takes a few minutes longer.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Stylish, Makes Really Good Coffee
Cons: 10 Oz Is The Largest Cup, Have To Restart Sometimes

It is great to set the auto timer and have the unit ready to brew a cup in the morning. Not so great is, you can't brew more than a 10 oz. cup, and, the carfe won't hold more than 21/2 cups of coffee.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Easy to clean, Stylish, Brews quickly
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Small Pot, Needs A 12 Oz Setting, Carfe Needs To Be Larger

Lighting isn't what I expected from how it's stated but who really needs a coffee pot to be a night light. Travel mug before work --- single large cup in the evening and a pot for the days off. The best of every thing we want or need.
