I bought the Keurig 2.0 K550 brewer when I found out it took the Vue pods too. Now I have the best of both worlds!! I liked the Vue for the larger cups of coffee, but the selection was limited. Now I can try all the K cups I've been missing! I use this coffee maker everyday, and am enjoying each cup of coffee. It's also great to brew a pot, though I hope Keurig comes out with additional choices. I think it's the best coffee maker I've had, by far! Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Needs settings for mug size

I like my 2.0, but I don't like having to run the k cup through two cycles to get coffee for my mug (8 oz. and then a 6 oz,). Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

My whole family uses the Keurig brewer multiple times a day. Everyone has a favorite k-cup and cup size setting. The brewer makes it easy to switch between different cup sizes now that it shows how many ounces are in each size cup. The machine sounds different from the older model we had previously, maybe not quite as loud, but still not quiet. We love the carafe for when company comes over and one cup at a time is too time consuming. Thanks Keurig for the k-cups.

We have had 2 other models of Keurigs before the 2.0. We got thr new machine basically for the updated look and ease of the touch screen. We knew we would not need the whole pot option very often but when we do try to use it, there is disappointment. Only one time out of several tries did we get anywhere near a full pot of coffee using the highest setting. I also do not like that you have to hold the button to dispense hot water. I also liked the extra cup size options of my older Keurig. My filter assembly broke just taking it out of the package so it is very flimsy plastic. Other than those few minor issues, we love the 2.0! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review"

Picked this Keurig up after reading reviews, some of which killed the product because it limits you using their K-Cup. Well, I got the after market filter and used my Starbucks in it. But, I also ordered more Starbucks thru Keurig and it's great coffee. Haven't found the strength of an Americano, but I'm still experimenting and check "strong" for a 10oz. cup of coffee. Maybe 8 oz would be a little stronger. The only thing I really don't like is that you have to hold the hot water dispenser for 6 oz. of hot water. They should have just make it that you could push the button once to dispense 8 oz. of hot water.
