I enjoy my keurig. I think it is so quick and easy to make a cup. It is easy to fill. it is a niice looking product. It is easy to clean. I would recommend to anyone. I like that you have variety in what you drink. Thanks Keeurig for the free packs for the review.

I am totally not impressed with this Keurig coffeepot. I have returned 2 and am on the 3rd one so far. The pots fail to brew after so many uses. I would have purchased a different one but had already spend a good deal of money on the pods for the larger pot. On the plus side I like the design.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Loud, Small Pot, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I love my k550 but sad that I can't use my own coffee grounds on this one. With my old Keurig I was able to use my own coffee grounds also.

Everyone I know has a Keurig so I finally got one. I love being able to have a bold coffee in one cup and a mild brew in the next. Guests love all the flavors, including teas and hot chocolate. And I had to call customer service today with an issue and Dedrea solved it for me immediately and was so friendly!
