Great brewer, only minor flaws

I like this brewer better than our original. The tank is larger, so it requires less frequent refills, and most significant, the option to brew a stronger cup makes the 10 oz size a realistic option: it no longer tastes watered down, but is as robust as an 8 oz cup brewed normally. Only two nits to pick: There's no platform for the drip tray, so if you take it out (to fill a travel mug), you have to be sure the mug is centered under the spout or you risk a spill. And the larger tank is somewhat more awkward to fill. Minor aggravations at best. The issue of non-compatible K-cups is really a non-issue. There's a great selection for the new brewers, at least in the K-cup size. Hopefully there will be more K-carafe options down the line. Bottom-line: we're happy with our new brewer, and wouldn't go back to the old. True fact, the disclaimer below notwithstanding. DISCLAIMER: Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We recently bought all new stainless steel appliances and this k550 brewer looks great with the other appliances! Its fast and easy. The timer is great, when I get up its ready to go. More then one cup? Its no problem with the new K-Carafe packs. I have recommended this brewer to so many people now and they have all been pleased. I have only had this for a few days, but so far I love it. My only complaint is when I want hot water, I can only get 6 oz at a time - when typically I want more. I don't typically purchase non-Keurig Kcups so I have no problem or complaint regarding that limitation that others have had. I love being able to brew a carafe - works great in the morning when it is just more than me drinking it. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review. All the free packs did for me was make me take the time to leave the review, not change my opinion. We use this product every day. I wasn't sure if we would like brewing one cup at a time but the freshness of each cup is worth it. I really like the carafe option that way we can serve a couple people at a time if we need to.

We had coffee maker for years. They worked ok. Since having a Keurig. I'm enjoying coffee more. All the favors and having a fresh cup of coffee every time. We are forever Keurig customers. Keep up making awesome coffee brewers and awesome coffee.
