I like all of the features of the 2.0 550. The way you can use to clock for different functions and the auto on and off. Being able to set the strength and size of the coffee is a great extra.

This has truly streamlined my morning routine. I brew my work cup and take it with me to enjoy once I am clocked in and ready to work. On the weekends, I have a couple of cups with my husband. Its great because we brew our own favorite flavors to enjoy within minutes. We have not used the K-Carafe cups yet.

This is my third Keurigas over the years I have increased the size and features I enjoy the ability to brew any beverage at anytime of the dayThe new features are easy to read and instructions are easy to follow. I was disappointed to find that I am unable to set a different default for single cups and that a specific solution has to be purchased to clean the pot where as in the past vinegar and water was all you needed Overall I am very pleased with the product and would recommend and continue to purchase in the future "thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review"
