This is my favorite Keurig brewer

Own three different models and the K550 is the best. Platinum version was my previous favorite, but they have made great improvements in the tank capacity, reheating of water is quicker, the hot water dispenser and adding the carafe brewing function. No issue in getting my K-cups to work as I always purchase them from Keurig.com for the best prices. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

This brewer if the best we've had. Fits nicely on counter. Very easy to use, grand children use. Really like the numerous selections you have. Can brew STRONG or REGULAR, SMALL CUP OR LARGE. Also has hot water dispense. You can brew a POT FULL or SINGLE CUP. How great is that.. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. I highly recommend this brewer.

We use this to brew cups of coffee to go, I also make iced tea. Wish the carafe held more for brewing for company. Also wish it would brew more than 10 ounces, such as 16. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Many small local roasters have great coffee that I would love to use, but in the 2.0 that is impossible. Otherwise, I love the brewer.

I have seen Keurigs for years and never thought they would be good for me but tried the 550 at a House Party and loved it. It brews fast and hot. I love the color screen, the ability to brew different size cups, and decorative light in the filter. The screen on mine was damaged due to a defect and water got in it when I cleaned it. Keurig replaced it immediately without any issues - it was great. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I love my Keurig but, Carafe is nice but coffee isn't as hot as coffee brewed by mug, and it takes the same length of time to brew by the cup. Great idea, needs improvement. Beware, new Keurig coffee brewers have tried to corner the coffee market by designing all new Keurig system to brew only k cups with a white band around the k cup edge! I have had to throw out several boxes due to this stupid move on Keurig!

Good Machine with a few flaws

I love the efficency and simpliclity of this machine. It brews a great cup of coffee in fast time. I love that you can know brew as little as a 6oz cup or as some as a 6 cup carafe. What I do not like is; 1. The needle that punctures the coffee pod gets clogged and dirty often, resulting in slow if any brews. Make sure you have paper clips on hand to clean out. 2. You are limited to the coffee you can buy with the new patent technology. Would I buy this machine again? Absolutely. Would I recommend this machine? Absolutely.
