Preformance not what I expected

Brews pot, but pot does not keep coffee hot. Not as good as my older Keurig Brewer

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited cup size, Long Brew Time, Limited Features, Complicated Controls, Only Brews Keurig Brand

Switched from Vue to 2.0

Recently switched from Vue to the 2.0 550, due to the Vue having limited choices in their packs. The 550 uses K-cup series. So far I love the 550 but there are a few things I'm not so happy about. If you do not use the travel mug K cup, it will only allow 10 oz of coffee where the Vue allowed up to 16oz regardless if you used the travel size or regular size. Also, there is not a way to select the temperature/heat settings of water with the 550. Other than these 2 things, I love having a Keurig. I love that the 550 has hot water on demand and you dont have to wait for it to heat up. I will always have a Keurig!
Pros: Stylish, Brews quickly
Cons: Loud

Love my Keurig

My family drinks about 6-8c /day. We love the flavored coffees and ease of use. However, the machine must be descale frequently and that is a pain and expensive. The solution is recommended vs. vinegar. So if you drink alot of coffee be prepared to descale often.
