Great product with one basic flaw

Love the product. Has many new options/features not previously available. One drawback-unable to get clean hot water. Water contaminated with coffee grounds/residue. Not useful for hot water for tea or for cereals or dry cups of noodles etc.

All of the larger model do a great job brewing coffee and the brewers al eliminate waste as the 10 cup a larger pot do.

It's Ok, but Could Definitely Be better

I use my brewer every day for my morning cup of coffee. While I like the looks of the brewer, and the concept, I would much prefer to be able to use the my k-cups that I had for my platinum brewer and I would much rather have a 12 or 14 ounce brewer setting like my Platinum brewer. Who drinks an 8 ounce cup of coffee anyway? Instead, I have to brew two separate times to get the right cup size. It really is frustrating. The carafe is a nice function...but it's really only two large cups of coffee so it doesn't seem worth it to spend the extra money on carafe cups at all.

Cons: Needs Larger Brewing Size, Limited Features, Not Able To Use Own Coffe, Loud

I Love My Keurig

My son and I use our Keurig everyday. It's awesome because we both have different tastes in coffee and tea, in how strong we like them, and the times we drink them. We don't waste any coffee or tea anymore and it's ready quickly whenever we desire. It saves both of us time in the morning and allows us the freshest cup of whatever we are drinking. Hot enough??

The machine is great when you want one cup; the coffee is hot and it is easy...but I don't like the multi-cup option of the carafe. It doesn't keep the coffee hot enough...even when using their suggested pre-heating of the plastic carafe. I also would like to have it be more recyclable.
