Some getting used to, but now am pleased

We have had at least three Keurig brewers in the past, and hesitated buying another when I heard reviews about the 2.0 only accepting Keurig branded k-cups. After purchasing, I was pleasantly surprised to see the 80 oz water reservoir, and the option for using a water filter cartridge. I wish the "water only" option dispensed more than 6 oz at a time, or that to add more water didn't involve raising/lowering the handle and waiting for another "preheating" cycle. It is a little noisy, but for the most part am happy with my purchase and would recommend to others. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I love to enjoy a bold cup of coffee which is what this machine can do. The only issue I have found is that the clock does not seem to keep on track, after a few days it seems to be off and so the auto on / auto off feature gets messed up. Otherwise I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

I have had this product for just over 3 months. I upgraded from the Vue system because of the carafe and you could brew all types of Keurig products. Down side is there is NO personal K-cup/Vue cup to brew your own coffee either for a single cup or carafe--I had to Youtube a way to do this. Also, there is no feature where you can increase/decrease water temp. Would LOVE to have both of these things. I use this product for both coffee and hot chocolate, which I mostly drink on cold nights. I love the fact that I can brew all types of Keurig products because the selection is much bigger for K-cups as opposed to the Vue cups. All in all, I am not disappointed in the upgrade to this model. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Best features include (1) everyone can enjoy their favorite coffee flavor without making a full pot. (2) easy to use (3) no mess/easy cleanup. Worst feature is the water filter holder is cheaply made and crack when setting up. Other than that I'm very pleased with my purchase. Darn good cup of coffee

I do not like the camera thing that restricts usage to new k cups as it is not accurate. Customer service has been very helpful in replacing refused cups, but sometimes I like to use a local source of beans and I cannot do it with this machine. I do appreciate the free coffee packs for doing this review.

We use it morning and evening Love the quickness of a hot cup of coffee Needs to be able to fill a mug. Have to press the 10 ounce then press the 6 ounce to fill my mug.
