I love the brewer and I have bought many of them for family. I do not like that I cannot use a versatal K-cup to put in loose coffee. It is easier to travel with loose coffee. I travel with one of mine.

Cons: Not Versatal

I use the brew system morning,afternoon,and evening. Very efficient as I'm the only one drinking coffee-no waste by making a full pot. I like that I can mix it up by light or dark roast.

I wish the carafe was larger so I could dilute the coffee a bit more. I would like it to have a heating mechanism for the pot too.

I like especially this unit for the larger capacity and quieter operation. I had a couple of older Elites and love the ability to quickly brew a fresh cup. I wore the Elites out and appreciate the new design features of this K550. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.
