Called Keurig about not getting a nearly full carafe. They sent us a new machine and got the same results. The carafe was the main reason we bought the machine. We are somewhat disappointed. We haven't heard back since we contacted Keurig for the second time on the same problem.

I bought this coffee pot to replace my Keurig vue. I was pleasantly surprised to see you could use both of the coffee pods in the the coffe maker as I love my vue vanilla latte. I new feature of hot water at a single touch for a cup of tea is much appreciated. I find my husband uses the coffe maker multiple times a day for his dark chocolate during these cold winter days. I really haven't found anything that I dislike about this product.

Fast, easy, lots of choices on how you want your coffee. It is a little loud, but not when using your own ground coffee in the filter I bought. I love all the different types of coffee you offer for me to try. When I have guest, the craff is good to use but not to keep the coffee warm. "thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review"

Best thing I ever bought

I use it for both single cup and the karafe. Since getting this my husband has a cup of hot chocolate first, then his coffee. I got the insulated karafe and coffee stays hot much longer.
