I love my Keurig 2.0 550! The sleek design, fun color settings, and being able to do both single cup and multiple cups of coffee is awesome! My parents weren't sold on it at first when they saw it ,but after using it during their visits, they realized they needed one too! Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Great coffee maker! A smooth cup guaranteed every time - something that cannot be achieved with a drip maker! Only complaint is every once and a while the auto-on timer does not actually automatically come on.

I use it every morning before going to work. Love how fast it works. The display and nightlight are fun too! I use the hot water quite a bit also, but would like to get more than 6 ounces at a time. Unfortunately I don't like how quickly the coffee cools off when using the carafe. Overall I really enjoy using the unit and am glad I bought this model.
Cons: Clock Doesn't Keep Time, Over Several Hours It, Loses Several Minutes

There should be a 12oz and 14oz button for sure. I spend twice the time resetting the machine to fill my mug. Brewing tea is ridiculous. Holding the button down while the water drips out is just plain stupid. This machine is a step backwards for sure. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs, for this review

I love this coffee maker, it's very to use, clean etc. I used filtered water to fill it. There is a wide variety of coffee K-cups, it's just a matter of personal taste. Nice to have a large water container I have no other issues with the machine.

I am not a coffee pro, but I do appreciate one good cup a day. I received the 550 as a gift and I am so glad I got this particular one. One of my favorite features (which I didn't even realize was important to me) is the hot water on demand. I use this feature for tea often. My only gripe is that it only dispenses 6 oz. at a time :( Regardless, really great machine. Heats up QUICK and brews extremely fast. I love making my daily cup of joe.
